Cancelation Policy

To cancel your Elite360 subscription simply log into https://mysuperportal.com/access/elite360 using the email address you registered with.


Once you cancel, you will be notified by email and SMS message confirming your request to cancel. 24 hours after canceling your account will be deleted.


We delete all accounts, along with any funnels and contacts in the account as we do not own your information. So please, be sure you download all of your contacts and information before canceling.


Note: If your account fails a subscription payment, the system will attempt 3 additional times to collect payment. There will be 2 attempts over the following 2 days and then a 2-day grace period and then a final 4th attempt.


If the account fails that 4th attempt, the system automatically cancels your account.


It is your responsibility to ensure that you are keeping a valid credit card on file with the system. Elite360 has no responsibility for canceled and deleted accounts because of non-payment.
